hassles more waiting. everything. it will is a bad experience. >> what's the top complaint? is it lack of on time arrivals or customer service? >> for me personally it's customer service. i am going through something with united right now. i used to fly american i switched to united when they bought continental. if you call you have to wait on-line forever. if you get a real person. if you send them an e-mail sometimes you have to get a month to get a response. >> who is the best for on time arrivals? >> the best is alaska airlines. second would be airtran. alaska is a great airline. they fly a lot in the west coast up to alaska and all over they have partnerships with the bigger airlines. they are a good airline to fly. >> what about lost bags the worst is american and united. that would be also jetblue and virgin america. >> 1 thing that drives me nuts is boarding procedures.
